On November 13th, 2005 SCVS met for its monthly meeting. We had a "Compassionate Thanksgiving Potluck" and encouraged everyone to bring a dish. Stuffing? Sure! Mashers? Sure! Pie? Do we even need to answer that? While all this food might have sent some of us running for the sofa afterwards, SCVS member Jenn Mezzio had other ideas! She talked to us about Yoga.
