It's almost that time of the month again. I'm writing to remind each of you that the next SCVS
meeting will be this Sunday, October 9th, 2005 at 5:00pm
Please note, we're going to be at a new location this month. This month's meeting will be at the North Haven
Congregational Church at 28 Church Street, North Haven CT.
If you have any trouble finding the location, please feel free to call

This month's meeting
will be a vegan potluck and feature a new guest speaker, Emrys Tetu, HHC. A Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Emrys has a practice in Chester, and will be giving a talk titled "Sweet Enough Already: Talking About Sugar in its

Please bring a dish serving 5-7. All dishes at our potlucks
must be vegan (all vegetarian, of course, with no dairy, eggs or honey
please) so as to be enjoyed by the largest group of members. Please
bring a slip of paper with the ingredients to help anyone with
allergies or food sensitivities. Remember to bring a serving spoon as well. You can be creative! Enjoy the flavors
of the fall and socialize with vegetarians from throughout our
area.
